Useful information for a bug report

• Your browser and operating system.
• Whether you used measured or direct mode, and the paper/flip settings.
• The exact error message and the number of pages.
• A description of the expected result and what happened.

Please do not email private PDFs, signatures, account credentials or personal documents. Start with a synthetic example or a description. A screenshot of non-sensitive settings can help. This is a free tool with no promised response time or printer-repair service.

Privacy and content requests

Use the same email for privacy questions or corrections to a guide. BackAlign does not receive PDF files through the tool, so it cannot retrieve a file you opened locally. Hosting providers may retain ordinary request information; see the privacy page.
